Terms of Service

1. The service

tunells.online provides VPN access via the WireGuard protocol with a Brazilian exit IP. Each account may register up to 3 devices on the paid plan, each with its own cryptographic key, managed from the dashboard.

2. Free trial and subscription

New accounts receive a 10-minute trial, no card required. After the trial, access requires a monthly subscription of $10, processed by Stripe.

The subscription renews automatically each month. You may cancel anytime through the billing portal; access remains active until the end of the paid period. No penalties, no lock-in.

3. Acceptable use

By using the service, you agree not to use it for:

• Activities that are illegal under Brazilian law or the law of the country you are in.
• Spam, attacks (DDoS, intrusion attempts), or malware distribution.
• Reselling access or sharing keys outside your account's devices.

4. Third-party content

tunells.online provides network infrastructure — we do not host, distribute, or license streaming content. Access to third-party platforms (Globoplay, YouTube, etc.) is subject to those platforms' terms, and complying with them is your responsibility, including keeping valid subscriptions for paid services.

5. Availability and limitation of liability

We work to keep the service continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that specific third-party platforms will work — they change their blocking policies without notice. The free trial exists so you can validate before paying.

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount paid in your last month of subscription.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate the acceptable use policy. You may delete your account at any time; personal data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
