What we collect

We collect the minimum needed to run the service:

• Account data: the email and optional name you provide at signup.
• Payment data: processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — we only receive the subscription status.
• VPN operational data: per-device WireGuard public keys, connection timestamps, and aggregate traffic volume, used to operate the service, enforce device limits, and detect abuse.
• Site usage data: navigation metrics via Google Analytics (pages visited, traffic source).

What we never collect

We do not inspect, log, or store the content of your traffic: the sites you visit, what you watch, messages, or any data flowing through the tunnel. WireGuard encryption runs from your device to the exit server, and what passes through is not recorded.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing. Period.

Where data lives

Account data lives on our own servers. Payments live at Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). Transactional emails are sent via Resend using only your email address.

Retention and deletion

Operational connection data is kept only as long as needed for service operation and security. When you delete your account, your personal data and device keys are removed. You can request deletion anytime through support.

Your rights (LGPD and GDPR)

You may request access, correction, portability, or deletion of your data at any time. We honor the rights defined by Brazil's LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) and the GDPR for users in Europe.
